About Us

We, Fido Pets, are a team of engineers and MBAs from IIM Bangalore and Carnegie Mellon, but foremost, we are pet parents and others who identify as "severely pet deprived." We love to tinker with electronics and embedded systems, and want to focus our energies on pet wellness. The combined passions, and the woes of our friends who went throught the heart-wrenching experience of losing their furry buddies is what has driven us to build FidoPets.

Our Mission & Vision

We are on a mission to help pet parents. We understand that there are very few sources of information about a pet's heath and wellness for a pet parent to act upon. We also believe that you cannot manage what you don't measure. With this in mind, we aspire to bring to pawrents, essential information about their furriends so that they can make informed decisions about their pet's well being.

Our vision is to build Fido into a one-stop solution for all things pets for pet parents. We want to eliminate the need for multiple pet apps and become a single source of truth for all things pet.
